Kevin George – President and Chief Executive Officer

For over 20 years, Kevin George has served as senior operating executive for top-tier companies such as Lexis/Nexis, Manhattan Associates, and Silverpop. He has a proven track record of successfully leading companies through periods of rapid growth, transformations, and turnarounds. Having successfully launched over 100 software product releases, Kevin is adept at optimizing business processes and building high-performance teams.

He holds a BA in management from Antioch University and is the founder of management and technology consulting firm Progility Partners.  He has served as Chairman of the Southeastern Software Association and on the Board of Directors for Akrometrix, LLC. A multifamily speaker, Kevin has previously moderated or presented at the NAA Education Conference, AOMA Annual ConferenceNMHC OPTECH, Maximize, and the RealShare Apartments Conference. Kevin is actively involved in High Tech Ministries and is a recognized leader in the technology community in Atlanta.





Yaton Bowens – Senior Vice President, Technology and Chief Technology Officer

With more than 15 years of experience in enterprise software and product development, Yaton joins InfoTycoon from CoStar Group, where he served as Vice President of Technology and Enterprise Architect for the CoStar Real Estate Manager platform. Prior to CoStar, he spent several years in IT consulting, specializing in architecting and implementing EAI and B2B solutions on a variety of technology platforms. Serving over fifteen Fortune 500 clients, he directed product management, development, and infrastructure teams to deliver enterprise solutions. Yaton has also led the design, development, implementation, and integration of several lines of business applications for leading companies such as Cox Enterprises, Worldspan, Promina Health Systems, and Siemens. He holds a BA degree in mathematics and natural sciences from Thomas Edison State College.






Fred Baumbach – Chief Financial Officer

A seasoned financial executive, Fred Baumbach has over 30 years of senior financial and operational management experience, primarily in service and technology companies.

His experience ranges from $1 billion companies to pre-revenue startups, as well as eight years as a CPA with Ernst & Young which included three years on E&Y’s national office accounting and auditing staff. His private company experience includes serving as the senior financial executive for early stage technology ventures (Brickstream Corporation, Silverpop Systems) as well as holding senior financial positions at other technology and service companies (Cox Enterprises, Norrell Health Care, Lynk Systems). Fred also owned a software company for 4 years which sold software to homebuilders in the Atlanta market and nationwide.





Michelle Roberts – Senior Vice President, Sales 

Michelle has over 25 years of sales experience, 20 of which have been exclusively in the multifamily industry. At InfoTycoon, Michelle is responsible for expanding InfoTycoon’s client roster and developing strategic partnerships with multifamily firms. She comes to InfoTycoon from Rainmaker where she was the National Director of Multifamily Sales. Prior to that, she was the Director of National Accounts at Apartment Finder.  While at Apartment Finder, she drove business opportunities by securing regional, national, and key accounts.

Michelle holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama. She is a Certified Apartment Supplier and active in local, regional, and national apartment organizations. In her free time, she enjoys writing, painting, and playing the piano, as well as spending time with her son and fiancé.






Peggy Robinson – Vice President, Marketing

With more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Peggy Robinson oversees the firm’s strategic marketing efforts. She joined InfoTycoon in 2015 from Kingsley Associates, a leading real estate research and consulting firm. At Kingsley Associates, she lent her expertise and market knowledge to the firm’s multifamily partnerships. She spearheaded the annual National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) Top 50 Survey and played an integral role in the development of the NMHC/Kingsley Renter Survey. She now serves on NMHC’s Diversity and Inclusion committee. As a multifamily speaker, she has previously given the keynote address at the Canadian Apartment Symposium and also was a presenter at the NMHC OPTECH conference.

Peggy has an MBA from the Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University. She received her BS in Advertising and Public Relations from Johnson & Wales University. Peggy also is the co-founder of the annual Roswell Wine Festival, which pairs her passion for wine with giving back to the community.
